“Hi, I’m Cyrus. I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2021. After completing my studies, I volunteered at a private hand therapy clinic before relocating to Melbourne. Since then, I have worked across various areas of occupational therapy, including two years in a private hand therapy practice.
I have completed the Hand Therapy Fellowship Program, and undertaken multiple advanced hand therapy courses external to work. I am passionate about lifelong learning and staying up to date with the latest evidence in hand therapy practice.
My experience and interests include treating both conservative and post-operative conditions, such as fractures, nerve injuries, and soft tissue injuries. I also have a special interest in creative thermoplastic splinting. I’m passionate about helping people return to the activities they need to do and love to do.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me making specialty coffee or spending time with friends at the bowling alley or badminton court.
Languages spoken: English, Cantonese, conversational Japanese, and Mandarin.”
